"VAMOS A LA PLAYA!" 🏖️
After celebrating Olympic glory last year, we've decided to extend the holidays for this year's S-Games! And to kick off this first week gently (but with energy), we're taking you straight to... the beach!
Between warm sand, coconut trees (imaginary) and the sound of waves (in our heads), it's summer energy that will set the pace for your sporting days.
So choose your playlist with the best summer hits, put on your best Hawaiian shirt, don't forget your sunscreen, and take part in these beach challenges to end the summer the best way possible.
Individual challenges - Vamos a la playa
(15/09 - 21/09 included)
These challenges will be updated weekly. Complete a challenge alone, and you will give your team bonus S-points. Each challenge can only be completed once per member.
Solo beach volley: Train to become a beach volley player! Keep a ball in the air by doing self-pass during 30 seconds (if the ball touches the floor, it’s invalid).
Surf: Get yourself ready to start surfing! Do the plank for a total of 3 minutes (in several times) in front of a (any) source of water.
Flip-Flop Toss: Toss a flip-flop or shoe into a bucket from a 5 m distance. Can you make it to 16 shots? Try both feet (8/8)!
Balance in the sand: Have you ever seen anyone doing yoga on sand? It requires balance to stay stable. Work on your balance by standing on one foot for 30 seconds on soft ground (sand, soil, on a moving base). Repeat the exercise for the other foot. (2 x 30 seconds in total).

DIVIDE THOSE POINTS BY 4 TO ASSIGN IT EQUALLY BETWEEN THE MEMBERS
E.G. : 20 S-POINTS for "Know your enemies" is translated to 5 points per team member.
Parasol relay race 🏃

You want to find the best spot on this little paradise beach to put up the parasol for your team. But hurry up! Others have the same idea. Run a relay race against another team using a parasol (an umbrella will do) as a baton. Choose the location with the other team (loop in a park, loop in a neighborhood).
At least 3 members of the team must run the race!
Racket at the beach 🎾

There's nothing like a game of beach racquetball during summer. Play a racket sport (beach rackets, badminton, tennis, paddle…) with your team during 30 minutes, each member must wear a beach accessory while playing. To validate the activity, we need a team picture with your rackets and accessories. 👓 🩳🩴🌺
