What are the S-Games?
We will propose multiple challenges that will have to be completed over the entire month or within a specific week.
Some of these will be individual challenges while others will have to be completed in a team.
Each completed challenge will be rewarded with S-points. Collect as many S-points as possible to win the S-games trophy!!!
How do the teams work?
Each team should be composed of 4 members - ideally 2 women and 2 men
If your team subscribed with 4 members not evenly balanced, you will get malus
If a member of your team is absent (sick, vacation, conference...), she or he can be replaced by someone else. Only one replacement is tolerated per original team member. If you do this, you have to notify the CsK by email.
When?
It will start on the 15th of September 2025 and will run for one month sharp until the 10th of October 2025.
How do I record my activities?
You need to fill in the online Google sheet (LINK) after every activity. There is one sheet per team.

How do I earn S-points?
Every sport counts: walking, running, biking, swimming, hockey, curling, fitness, bow and arrow, rowing…
Register your activities on the online Google sheet (LINK).
You will get points for every sport you add on the online Google sheet. The system will take into account the intensity of the activity. You are your own judge.
There are 3 different levels of intensity - Low, Mid and High effort:
Low: No need to rest, not out of breath (walking, E-bike, archery...)
Mid: Able to speak, but not able to sing (endurance run/bike ride)
High: Need to catch your breath, you can barely talk (minifoot, basketball, intervals...)
For those using a heart-rate monitor, you can also use that data to estimate your effort.
You can also get extra points for completing a challenge.
What kind of challenges?
There will be multiple types of challenges.
Some challenges will have to be performed alone (Individual) and others in a group (Team).
Some of these challenges will have to be completed in one week and others can be completed over the entire duration of the S-games (Permanent challenges).
You can choose the activities that suit you and your team the best and try to complete these - or the ones you find the funniest!
The choice is entirely yours but be strategic, know your strengths and weaknesses.
