Therefore, we invite you to start this 3rd week in all quietness to enjoy the calm of the nature. Though, nature, despite it's peacefulness, is also ruthless... Do not expect to only rest this week !

Individual challenges - Camping & Nature

These challenges will be updated weekly. Complete a challenge alone, and you will give your team bonus S-points. Each challenge can only be completed once per member.
Prepare your hike 🥾: Do not skip leg day ! Reinforcement is important to avoid getting injured. Perform a 30 minutes of fitness focused on the legs. Example here.
Disconnect (or reconnect, depending on the point of view) 📵: Enjoy the quietness of the nature, twice. Spend 2 times one hour straight this week without any electronics (no phone, no tv, no pc, no console, no tablet, no smartwatch...).
Wild waters 🚣: Autumn has started ? Indeed. We told you nature is also ruthless. Spend 1 hour activity on wild waters : canoe, kayak, kitesurf, rafting, surfing, stand-up paddle, packcraft...
Craft a useful object for camping 🛠️. Example : create a bow, small chair, trap, woodcarving, diy lantern... Of course, show us your creations ✨ !

DIVIDE THOSE POINTS BY 4 TO ASSIGN IT EQUALLY BETWEEN THE MEMBERS
E.G. : 20 S-POINTS for "Know your enemies" is translated to 5 points per team member.
Orienteering challenge

Go hiking or running for at least 2 hours with no other tool than a physical map to find your way.
