This week, we are going on a city trip!
Think early morning strolls through cobblestone streets, getting lost in hidden alleyways, climbing endless stairs for rooftop views, and soaking up the vibe of a new city on foot. Citytrips are all about exploring, moving and discovering. Can you smell the unknown spices, hear some music coming from a nearby square and feel the exotic vibes? Don't forget to send the rest of us a postcard! 😉

These challenges will be updated weekly. Complete a challenge alone, and you will give your team bonus S-points. Each challenge can only be completed once per member.
🌇🌇 Good Morning, folks! You want to see a lot when you're visiting a city, right? So extra points this week for the Early Bird challenge! Do sport before 7:00AM (the activity must be minimum 30 minutes before 7:00AM)).
We'll be doing so much sight-seeing! Take a creative "tourist selfie" while doing sports with something that looks like a landmark (e.g. Atomium, a big cathedral, a picture of the Eiffel Tower etc.). Share the picture with us in the S-Games chat!
Take a photo during your workout or walk in a scenic or unfamiliar spot and write a 1-sentence "postcard" to your team (“Greetings from my local river walk – 8,000 steps in today!”).

🌧️ Oh no, it's raining today! Do a 30 minutes bodyweight or resistance band workout that you could realistically do in a hotel room (e. g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6NZcbG7wgsw as an inspiration).

DIVIDE THOSE POINTS BY 4 TO ASSIGN IT EQUALLY BETWEEN THE MEMBERS
E.G.: 20 S-POINTS for "Know your enemies" is translated to 5 points per team member.

When visiting a city, we're doing so much sightseeing - we don't even realize how much we walk! Sometimes it's a whole marathon!
Walk or run one together with your team members this week! Make every step count to reach 42,195 km in total!

And we don't only walk, we also take so many steps - in the station, up a tower to have a beautiful view or to get back to the hotel room every night!
A team effort of 3000 stairs gets rewarded by 28 S-POINTS.
